Hoping to accelerate the process of renewing communist politics and countering the severe disorganisation of the Marxist left in Britain, Prometheus Magazine aims to break the left from its fragmentation that produces anti-political, anti-intellectual, and ultra-sectarian tendencies.

Born out of the merger of Ebb Magazine and Prometheus Journal, both post-2019 creations that spoke to distinct but overlapping strains of revolutionary politics, Prometheus Magazine will be a regular physical magazine and online publication that draws on Marxist traditions that have been enriched by Black Radicalism, (Trans-)Feminism, Eco-Socialism, Abolitionist politics, and the theorisations of class consciousness and cultural hegemony to offer a revolutionary publication that facilitates strategic and programmatic development through analysis, critical reportage, and comradely debate.
